1 /5 Austin Swann: Ive been insured over a year with this office and will never be back. They close on Wednesday at 12pm in case you ever try and make a payment. They were closed just about all week during the week of thanksgiving and due to that my policy was canceled for no payment. No 24 hour phone service. So if you cant make it to the office in their hours, then youre out of luck. They do not care if youre past your due date. Ive personally worked in an insurance office and it was nothing like the way this one is ran. Ive since gotten insurance elsewhere, but still can not get ahold of this office to make sure I dont have a lapse in coverage. Also , in case you didnt know, they have annual fees that you must pay. For stuff youll never even use.
