I reached out to Caio regarding a policy for a large event I was having where the venue required a last minute policy a few hours before the show or it would be cancelled. Caio assured me he could help me out and to not worry, after giving him a bit of information he not only got back to me with a price that was literally UNDER 50% of what I expected to spend but he also assured me he could get it written and approved write then and there. After approving it and giving a payment, I had my policy written up and managed to continue with my event.
