Love how all the bad reviews are most likely from those that dont make payments correctly and have most likely been ofdered many opportunities to help themselves and wont. Staff will always help when they can. When I had an issue they kindly helped and they are always respectful they calmed me down when I was frantic. Love these people.

Clarissa Childress I was looking for more affordable auto insurance and was referred to Matt by my family members . Not only did I cut my insurance premium by 50%, but I was getting more for the cheaper price. I was also pleased that Matt didnt make me feel as if I was under pressure to make a rushed decision and he always asked what I thought about whatever he had just said. I also found him to be genuine, respectful, a good listener and a kind soul. I was so happy to call my old insurance company to cancel my policy. My only regret is that I wish I would have known about Country Financial premiums and Matt exceptional customer service skills sooner. I am so happy, I will be telling everyone I know about how pleased I am, thanks again.

Jessica Blaine The lobby was closed due to covid, so I called to verify that I could have a debit card made in the drive thru. While I was waiting in the long line to get to the drive thru, someone from the bank called me back to go ahead and have the card made so it would be ready when I got to the window. Amazing customer service that went above and beyond.
Sarah Brown I cant say enough wonderful things about this bank. Pam Wright has especially been a pleasure to talk to and do business with! She has made things so much less overwhelming for us, and just makes everything run smoothly! We will be doing all our business with Oconee Federal in the future.
Vincent Parham Was my bank for 29yrs bought my first home with there help, borrowed money when I needed it wit no problems, even borrowed 10,000 on a 93 S10 cause it was faster and cheaper, the loan officers there are really easy to talk to and get the loan, financial help and knowledge you need, all the staff were amazing, Drive thru to clerks at counter, just a good hometown bank that cares and will work with you.
