5 /5 Robert Lewis: Your employee, Felicia Cox, was a 10 star at five Star credit Union. She deserves a promotion. She deserves a raise. She went out of her way when she didnt really have to. She went above and beyond the calling what customer service and account management. My mom is 92 years old and she had to come down to handle some business and she treated her as if she was her own mom. I dont think I could put in words the appreciation and gratitude that my family has for this employee and for five Star credit Union for having this sense to hire her. May God bless you all

Even at Bank of Early, One South and now Five Star since they purchased the bank, she has always went above and beyond to always help me. She is definitely the MVP of the bank and the best to help you and work with you on any problem or situation you might encounter. Cant say enough nice things about her.
