Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Products and services are explained to you perfectly and youre always going to be taken very well care of here. Piece of mind youll likely not find anywhere else.

John Hall I live on a dirt road that has always only offered Hughesnet Internet or AT&T. We have only had PAC a few days but it is beyond amazing and SUPER fast!

Tricia Rowland The actual office staff is nice when you go in person. However, this is the worst DFCS Office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly never following up with phone calls. They never answer the phone. All the phone numbers are always disconnected so you can never reach any of the case workers. I have literally been trying to apply for benefits since February of this year and have not been able to because every time I am supposed to have a phone call, nobody calls. And then whenever I call to reschedule, they just close out the case because they say that I missed my phone appointment even though nobody ever reached out to me. It is happened four times. And then when you call to reach a supervisor? Surprise! The number has been changed or disconnected or the person no longer works for the office. I have never had such horrible issues with any other county DFCS that I have received benefits from.

Rosmil Montanez Kimberly was extremely professional. She was so informative about my options before taking in my personal information. Indeed a great helper and Patient. Enthusiastic. What can I say? The world needs more people like her, there arent so many professional like her nowadays.

Shakendra Graham If I could give this company a 0 out of a billion I would! Unfortunately, I have to use this company through my employer and several employees have the same complaint! You can never speak with the person handling your claim and they will refuse to pay the benefits owed to you through your employer. I have submitted a BBB complaint as a last resort before filing a lawsuit for withholding the paid health benefits.

Bryan Lutz No one there to talk to .machines all over the place taking thousands of jobs while we wait patiently on hold.bummer. Gave a 5 star because the human I talk to was outstanding.
