Prior to working with them, each year I would personally reach out to different insurers to get new quotes, and search for annual savings opportunities.. which was such a headache. Thankfully, I was recommended to work with Brooke on the Watson & Know team, who assists me every year in getting the best coverage and rates. Their team is helpful, honest, and responsive. Our home was impacted by Hurricane Helene this year, and Watson & Knox and Nationwide have been extremely helpful navigating through the claims process during such a devestating event for my family. Robin Gilmer It is always good when you dont need to contact your insurance agent about a problem but it is even better when your agent stays in touch with you. I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. She takes the right time to listen to my insurance needs each renewal year and gives me her 3 top recommendations for me to choose. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm. Out of all the few times Ive been to her office there has always been a rude costumer present and the way she deals with them is impecable. She truly takes the time and patience to appease them and make sure they get taken care of while still taking care of everyone else in her office. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly.
