5 /5 Kelli Burns: I called today and spoke with Lindy to inquire about life insurance polices, for which she was very informative. She was so kind and thoughtful enough to ask me about my auto insurance and even get my rate lowered. Would recommend over and over again!!

1 /5 Heather Renea: My policy has went up three times since getting it in 2021.I haven’t made any claims, nothing has changed. Yet I’m paying almost 100 dollars more. Something tells me by this time next year I’ll be paying over 100 dollars more than when I started. Georgia Farm Bureau’s peak revenue was $1.2B in 2023… they have no problems paying their own bills yet keep increasing mine. Guess what, I AM having problems. Do they care? No. I’m drowning here.

2 /5 Benny Sasser: Been with Farm BUREAU for three Generations in the family . Was real good in the 60s, 70s, 80s ,90s then started changing not for the better . Prices went up 50-75% then instead of helping the GFB try to guauge a person so I got another quote in 6 months was over $350.00 then the GFB came back down if they here to help unless you challenge them, they dont care. Might not had a computer or phone but there has been a lot of people there . Long time ago there was no computer and it worked better. Then got the nerve to give a BBQ instead of helping storm victims, said they would call in 48 hours been a week still no response. Will probably move to another company who cares

1 /5 Stephanie Holley: Switched from geico to here because it is supposed to be better. We are stranded on the side of the road and no one can help. They say they can not pull up our account. Geico would have already been out and done. Been here an hour

1 /5 Dazia Gatlin: The agent Lance is the definition of sleazy insurance guy. When dealing with him he failed to educate his client or even show any amount of concern for his clients. All Lance does is take your money and never speak to you again. Georgia Farm Bureau has ok rates but the terrible quality of their customer service is the reason that most people not only don’t trust insurance agents but also perceive them to be money hungry slime balls just like Lance.
