5 /5 Rachel Wynkoop: I don’t know what this other person is talking about, but from my experience and other people I know Have always been completely happy with this company!!! They are very caring and they have always done everything they can to help me with anything I have needed. Unfortunately I recently had to switch insurance providers bc I had to get SR22 insurance and at the time I initially was informed that I had to have SR22 insurance (bc of tickets) I was under the impression that this company wasn’t able to offer that. Then today I learned that in fact they figured out that they could do SR22 insurance!!! This information makes me very happy bc now I’m gonna be able to go back to them for my insurance, so Monday I will definitely be going back to get insurance through them! Of course I’ll have to cancel my current policy to do this but I will gladly do so! This insurance company is by far the best! One great thing I can say is that they are very responsible and responsive with any issues I’ve ever had! Plus the employees are super friendly and so sweet they really treat everyone as individuals and not just any other customer.

1 /5 Morrow: Poor communication and customer service! Do not expect to speak with Greg Kirk, only his two secretaries one of which only filters calls. Left message for Greg Kirk to return my call, never did. Left message for one of the secretaries to call back, never happened. Switched agents.
