We were looking for a better rate and he was honest and told us that we were well positioned and we would be better off not making the changes we wanted to make based on the current market situations and our age. He was the third stock broker we had sat down with but the first that we felt was completely honest in that he didn’t try to take our investments away from us and sell us something different. AND he wouldn’t let us pay him either!

Ive been one of their customers since they acquired the previous bank, along with the customers. I dont live in Tifton anymore, but it would be nice if Synovus customers had an ATM machine in Cordele, Georgia to do banking. I think it would be profitable for Synovus as well.

J. Gilstrap I have been with the same bank for over 40 years. It changed hands several times but has been Regions for a many years. Except for two issues (1 - a new account rep in March 2018, and 2 - a branch manager in Smyrna, Georgia December 2021), I have NEVER had a problem with Regions and found their customer service to be top notch. I recommend Regions often when my friends complain about their own banks.
