LaTonya Yesterday Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.

Lewis Minter They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month Ill be locked out. They also dont credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. Im looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.

Susan Martin Logan went above and beyond helping me out, as an older person I’m a little technically challenged and she really really spent a whole lot of time with me helping me get everything set up and was very patient. Andrea Papp My checking account was hacked, and Amy set up a new account for me and moved my money. She kept the old account open for incoming deposits so I can get my Social Security deposit changed to the new account. She also advised me to get my iPad cleaned so this doesn’t reoccur. Everyone there is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Stephanie Brown The customer service is always awesome Edward and the rest of the tellers go above and beyond, but this morning I was there and there was such an odor in the lobby. It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix

Sylvia Robertson Staff is great as long as you communicate. I knew I was taking a risk purchasing an high mileage vehicle. Everyone from the Dealership to Loan office has been working with me. My car has been in the shop at least 3 times since purchasing it in 4 months time. It caused me to not get to work. Then I became sick. I communicated if I have an issue meeting payment deadline and People Finance worked with me. I would recommend.
