My experience was 5 stars because not only was I approved. Dana is very helpful. Submit documents online prior to arriving at office. Once I arrived Dana had paperwork ready and she explained the process and each document before signing. In and out in 15 minutes, Dana has a great attitude and spirit, which goes a long way with me.
