5 /5 Sylvia Robertson: Staff is great as long as you communicate. I knew I was taking a risk purchasing an high mileage vehicle. Everyone from the Dealership to Loan office has been working with me. My car has been in the shop at least 3 times since purchasing it in 4 months time. It caused me to not get to work. Then I became sick. I communicated if I have an issue meeting payment deadline and People Finance worked with me. I would recommend.

5 /5 Scott Clark: Very good finance company. They took a chance on me and I have no complaints so far. What people need to understand is that this is a business and they are in business to make money. They are not in the business of robbing people. You were willing to sign that contract at the dealership so you could buy your car, and they were willing to pay the dealership for the vehicle that you drive. If your car breaks down, be an adult about it and pay to fix it. There is no lemon law on used cars. Dont go and slander a lender because they were crazy enough to lend you money on a car that you dont want to pay for anymore because you probably didnt maintain it correctly and it doesnt run anymore. I currently have a loan through Peoples and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have also been in the car business for going on eight years and never hesitate to have Peoples Financial handle a loan for my customers at my dealership.

5 /5 M. Jenkins: My vehicle is financed through Peoples. At first Richard was my rep, but he always communicated as a sales person which I immediately picked up on since I’ve been in sales most of my career. He needs a bit more experience with conflict resolution and empathy. He ran my credit again after a couple of months of being with them and making on time payments with no explanation when I called to ask about it. Melissa is my rep now and she is good with communicating. Overall, with all of my concerns, the team and most importantly management has addressed them in a timely fashion and with care. Thank you!

1 /5 Kaleb Anderson: People seemed very nice while I was paying on my car. As soon as car gave me problems nobody could help me with an honest solution. Then on top of that they put a repo on my credit after I always paid them when I was supposed to. Wouldnt recommend them!

5 /5 ZIZI: Never had an issue. Even when I was sick and out of work for 3 months, they still worked with me. Morgan was the best rep anybody could ask for. You get to choose a car from any dealership and tell them who you want to have it financed through. I recommend this company. If I ever decide to finance again, itll be through this company. Thanks for a wonderful car buying experience.
