Their really easy to work with on payments and great with texting reminders for upcoming payments and promotions. They ARE truly amazing overall!!! That meant the world to me. She offered information for assistance and took the time to look it up and I have to also say this was all after hours on a Wednesday. Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
