5 /5 Angel Mcclanahan: I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Amanda who works in account solutions. She was phenomenal. She took the time to listen to me and understand my current situation. That meant the world to me. She offered information for assistance and took the time to look it up and I have to also say this was all after hours on a Wednesday. She didn’t have to go to the length she did for me. I am very grateful to have had a wonderful conversation with her. It made my day so much better. Sometimes listening to someone is all it takes for a better outlook on bad situations. 1 /5 Eric Brantley: I usually dont have any issues with FSCU and have been with them for many years. I had to place a stop payment on a check that vanished in the mail it seems. Was charged $30 for something that only takes less than a minute to do. If I had done this multiple times I could understand a fee but this is the only time in almost 30 years.

5 /5 Jerry Amos: Just proclaim, Roll Tide as you walk in... Transferred to this credit union several years ago from one of the Big Banks. Have been very happy with the services offered and the overall customer service. All of the staff is very friendly and eager to help. An established banking facility with the small town appeal.

5 /5 Tara Dabbs: Cartersville West is my “home” branch but since I live on the line in Bartow County, the Rockmart branch is the exact same distance. I’m in Cartersville a lot more than I am in Rockmart but if I’m not in a rush, I’ll make a special trip to come to this branch. I’ve always loved Family Savings.. all branches but I’m a little biased of their he Rockmart Branch. The Branch Manager, Ryan Robinson is absolutely wonderful. I’m a very observant person and every time I come in, he welcomes everyone he sees. I know it’s so easy to get caught up in the chaos of management and he doesn’t let it show in his demeanor one bit and goes out of his way to be kind to everyone he sees. I’m sure I’m a little biased because I love the entire Robinson family but I work in the corporate world and his disposition is not the norm these days so he really shines in this aspect. FSCU, all branches, have always taken care of me.. 10+ years on and off and I’ve never once had a problem. I’ve been a victim of identity theft in the past and have accounts at other banks and my account here have NEVER been effected. That speaks volumes about their security and proactive approach.
