5 /5 Nicholas Inghram: Customer service was top notch from the BOA team in Monroe today! Upon arrival, Shelly greeted us with a friendly hello and took care of all of our needs! We appreciate this locations ease and comfortability in taking care of their customers.

1 /5 William Ramey: This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been to. Its a sad day when a bank wont cash a check wrote on that bank with sufficient funds in the account. Regardless of the amount you as a bank should honor your account holders check. I shouldnt have to have a bank of America account. Bank of America is trying to force people to have an account there ti even cash a bank of America check

1 /5 Misty Hunter: Was in line in the building at 3:50, when 4 oclock came around they literally said "we are closed now everyone get out" and started moving people out the door! I was in line for 10 minutes jerks!

4 /5 Simon Robson: ATM was working yeh! Something that cannot always be assumed after driving 45 minutes to find a Bank of America ATM in the area. I did notice that they have abandoned their drive thru tellers.

1 /5 Leslie Bernardon: This location has chosen to permanently closed their drive thru. It is a huge inconvenience. There is very little parking in the parking lot, so finding a space is difficult as well. I have never been inside when the teller line has been adequately staffed. Today, on pay day, I went it at 9:45 (with my 3 small children) and stood in a line of more than 10 people for around 10 minutes before I walked out. There was one teller, moving slowly in no hurry with no apologies for the inconvenience. Later in the day I went to their Loganville branch where there were 5 tellers in the teller line, but still no drive thru. Closing the drive thru in your locations is a HUGE mistake. There are elderly people who have a difficult time getting inside, or in my case mothers with several young children that make it difficult for me to go inside and wait in line for any length of time. Im very, very disappointed in this branch and doubt that Ill return.
