I’ve followed his advice closely and been encouraged that he’s protecting my investments. He understands his business far better than do I and I trust his opinions.

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

John Tracey Hemphill I was surprised to see people leaving reviews for a collection agency. Since my experience with UCC was completely different from the other reviewers I decided to write my own review. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice, courteous, respectful and very helpful. No I didnt get any amounts removed but I was able to get on a payment plan with low monthly payments and have the items off my credit report as long as I stayed current on the payment plan. FIVES ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!

jrobe628 I have used Edward Jones’ agent Jim Smothers for ~ 15 years and would highly recommend him and his assistant Tracy . The primary factors when dealing with a financial advisor to me are: do you feel secure in your investments, can you easily access your adviser, are questions answered expeditiously, logically and clearly,are your investments secure, and finally are you achieving a reasonable rate of return? I would grade Jim and the entire Edward Jones establishment an A+.

Any claim Ive filed whether it was car or my home, they immediately handled it and followed thru til the end. Mrs Laurinda Reynolds is TOP TIER (she deserves a raise!) and even the owner Mr Brandon Bailey has taken the time to help me in so many ways to have my home and cars secure and offer excellent rates! Im thankful for this company especially during a time when so many businesses try to rip you off or all about making money only and not caring about the customers! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Kelli Whire The banker, when I finally able to see one was nice and knowledgeable however the parking and drive thru are the worst! Wait times are normally long always as well.
