1 /5 Reanna Berryman: We were looking for a new tax company and found one of ED Burtons tax representatives who met with us, was friendly, & said she would get our taxes taken care of, etc. It has been 7 MONTHS and I cannot get ahold of her. I reached out to this company to hopefully get a response or an update, and still nothing. We have been completely ghosted and as a business owner, this is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. An email at least stating they were no longer going to do our taxes wouldve been nice, but we are left guessing. Save your time & go to a different tax prep company that will actually DO THEM and keep you in the loop since it is *YOUR MONEY* they are gambling with!

1 /5 Tracy Burtz: Do not use these people we paid them 1600 to help with our taxes and four years later we get a 5000.00 bill from IRS. Definitely will make sure we let everyone know. Ridiculous
