Ms Bailey Never have a problem with this bank. Christina is always so very helpful. She is the best. I never have to wait and my issues are always resolved when I deal with her. Been with this bank for 20+ years. Even with the switch to Truist, I have always gotten the best care possible.

Mel Not friendly staff at all. I hate to have to switch banks cause I have been a BB&T customer for 20 years! Maybe the people who are sitting in their offices need to be a team player and help the front tellers when the re is a rush!
