2 /5 Heather Olson: Most of the time, I call Allstate. Most of Desiraes work has been done by her mom, who is the receptionist, not a licensed agent. The last time I needed to talk to her, she was unavailable. Doesnt answer the phone or is never in the office. I wasnt happy when your mother told me my car would always be salvaged and have a salvaged title. Others also disagree with me. My car passed the private inspection after I fixed it myself! The way I was treated made me feel disrespected. With a rebuilt title, it is now legal to drive on the road. It is appropriate to have insurance. It feels like they arent there for the customers but for the money. You should look elsewhere or find another agent.

2 /5 Phillip Turner: I called for an auto and home insurance quote, but got voicemail. Someone called me back over 8 days later. When someone is looking for insurance, usually they will be looking to buy that day or the next day, not the next week. Though I may be wrong. My point is, if you are interested in gaining customers, make sure you return calls as soon as possible. There’s no excuse for waiting over a week. I had purchased what I needed several days prior to them calling me back. They basically lost a customer, because I went with another Allstate agent. I wish I hadn’t though. I’m starting to get silly hidden fees.

5 /5 Aaron Carpenter: Cannot recommend enough! Agents are knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Allstate has saved me monthly for better insurance on home and auto in addition to rebates/discounts via DriveWise and taking a quick and (relatively) painless defensive drivers course. Also, the app is super handy despite bugging out sometimes on log in.

1 /5 Alyvia Fiorito: Here is your sign to cancel Allstate specifically Desirae Daugherty: Allstate Insurance. They have the absolute worst customer service. We called this morning because the insurance for the cars has increased almost $400 a month so we decided to look around . When we called, the lady we spoke to clearly was having a bad day and just went straight to “well your home owners insurance will go up to $200” so we decided to bundle the insurance elsewhere. This lady then decided to get snippy on the phone, meanwhile the auto insurance hasnt been cancelled because it’s quote “Monday and they have a lot to do”. Never in my life have I dealt with such a horrific company. This right here shows us exactly what it would have been like trying to file a claim with them for ANYTHING. It would have been a nightmare.

Sometimes it was because of price, sometimes it was because of customer service, but honestly, very unbiased - I have to pinch myself to make sure it is real with Desirae and AllState. Allstate insurance is very affordable and its premiums are great. Desirae....I have never ever had a chance to have such a great service what she provides. She will go above and beyond in a very friendly manner, every time you have anything to ask her. I just hope that this dream combination of great insurance and even greater agent, will last. Thank you Allstate for great rates, thank you Desirae for all that you have done for us so far.
