He was very helpful & explained in detail what I was getting. About three months later I had a problem with my escrow account with my mortgage company that I could not solve, so I asked Allison if she could possibly help me out with it. The next day she had what I requested approved and put in place. She went above and beyond what she had to do to help me out, and it saved me a lot of time and money.
