Mrs. Keisha, office manager went above and beyond from day one of me contacting her regarding needing an appointment, she worked with my schedule. I switched to Allstate, she went over step by step, detail by detail of how everything works. Turned insurance language to simple easy understanding terms. She answered every question that my mother and I had. Mrs. Keisha ended up saving us hundreds of dollars. This office truly cares. I highly recommend them !

I called and got Luis, he was so helpful and patient. He really made my experience great. He stayed on the phone with me while I had other things going on and he was diligent in getting me all my documents that I needed. Was very proficient in making sure I understood the laws.
