We have accounts with five other major banks in Atlanta and I’ve never received the level of customer service that I have from Adi Cruz from Delta community credit union. Adi is really looking out for her customers. She prevented me from making a bad decision on a car loan. I cannot thank Adi or Delta community credit union enough!

Through the constant back and forth of the declining quality of some dealerships, she stayed focused, always delivered a fast response, and issued checks all much faster than expected. She will work with you at any time, anywhere with a bright smile. Highly recommend for a quality centered service!

Sarah Kemp I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.
Nicole Lipp. I love going to this Truist. I usually go inside instead of using the drive through machines and each time there is no wait, everyone at the desk greets the customers, and they are always so pleasant to talk to. They are also very efficient. There is a gentleman that is usually working there, but I didnt ever catch his name, but he is very kind and personable.
Phil Nungesser Shaniqua and her team always do a great job! I have six different businesses which makes my taxes rather complicated but they handle it with ease. I highly recommend them.

Dwan young My brother in-law went to the store to cash a cashiers check an the lady told him that it was fake so he went to another store..only to find out that the lady called that store an told them not to cash it..he was racially profile because of the way he looked so we called them so she kept us on hold for 20 min but he did cash the check at the bank
