He was so kind, he asked for general questions and greeted me with a smile. He was a humble man. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Now, my agent Mrs. Anita showed me nothing but great customer service. She listen to my concerns. She was so honest and transparent with me. She quoted us with coverage that will benefit us and it was reasonable. She offered suggestions to save more and she went above her call of duty. I never feel ignored or brushed off like I have at some other companies who just dont care about their customers. I cant say enough for AllState and this agency. Karl Brown These people are very responsive when you call and ask for a quote. I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. I was surprised by how efficiently they handled the switch from my previous insurance, and how much better the policy they wrote for me actually turned out to be. I have not had the opportunity to file claims with them but I would assume based on how quickly and officially they reached out to me when I requested a policy quote that they handle claims equally as expertly. I hope to have a long relationship with this company and based on how I was treated when I first approached them I would anticipate no less.
