1 /5 Persnickety Designs: I am appalled at the lack of engagement after our daughter was hit by a driver on vacation in Florida. Dana Kerr’s State Farm refused to even call back on the threat that if they helped or did anything to get a decent amount to replace their car he would open a claim and it would go on their record and raise their rates. Would not even return a call to speak to her or her husband. No help or advice in working with the manipulation of the other insurance company. No, hope you are ok, how can I help, let me help you work with them. Do not do business with Dana Kerr!! Find a caring reputable company and agent to work with for your insurance needs.
