She was incredibly personable and ensured she got me the best rate while keeping all the coverages that suited my needs the best. 10/10, would recommend! The owner is also very kind and helpful.

Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

Erica Ransom Miss Thornton is super professional. I actually caught her leaving work for the day, but she turned right back around and invited me into her office with opened arms! Not only that but she literally saved me over $120 on my car insurance and I couldn’t be more grateful! Christina Davis Shannon is the most amazing insurance agent I have had the pleasure of working with. I was overpaying astronomically for insurance and Shannon was able to offer me a policy at a fraction of the price! To keep it even more simple, every insurance policy I have is all combined through country financial now! She keeps track and goes back to look at policies periodically to make sure it’s all up to date and on track so that I have a WORRY FREE experience with my policy!
