NGIS was our hero and they ended up getting us the best rates compared to any other quotes we received. Then, same happened with our homeowners insurance- prior carrier kept going up up up and last time we renewed the old policy it was just over $2000 premium. Again, NGIS rescued and we got our premiums for same coverage back down to around $1200/year. Both auto and home now insured with Donegal Insurance out of VA (been around for decades, very strong financials). Had never heard of them previously until we hooked up with NGIS.
If youre shopping for quotes, and you should probably once a year or so, I highly recommend going to see them in person or at least give a call. They will do "shopping of rates"/quotes for you, and will check with multiple carriers that they can write for to get best rate possible.
