Acceptance Insurance - Dalton (GA)

ROGER MFONE I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. Based on the experience I had with Alan, I encouraged some of my family members to switch to Farmers and to work directly with Alan because I know he will provide them with the same highest level of customer service that I received from him. Thank you Alan.

Charlie Kirby Ever since this company was bought out a year ago I have had issues with payments. We had three tow trucks, our quote was 120,000 a year, for full coverage. We put 20,000 down and we have since sold 1 truck 3 months ago, taken off full coverage, and our payments are still 10,000 a month for two trucks without full coverage! We have reached out to our broker, Steve, several times over the last few months and have been told the same thing over and over again! “They are working on it, they have to wait to send in their part of the money so we can get our money back”! None of this makes sense! Any other insurance company, when you drop down in services, automatically the bill will reflect that! I am tired of being told the same thing over and over and nothing being done about this!!! I would definitely not recommend this company for insurance!! It has been ridiculous!!
