5 /5 Marti Phagan: It was my great granddaughters first day of kindergarten. I was in the student afternoon pick lane at her school. My car broke down. I was blocking many other drivers. It was a very hot day and I was stranded I called Charlie Pelts office for roadside assistance. They tried to get a tow truck for me but none were available for more than an hour. Noah called me to update me on the situation and told me that he would come to help after work. In the meantime I had someone bring me a battery. Noah came and changed the battery for me. I was so grateful and impressed with his customer service. Definitely give star service!

I was so lucky to have been connected to Lexy in his office and could not be more happy with the outcome. I ended up getting new auto insurance as well!
