1 /5 Seth Heise: Where do I start! First spoke to the Father Trey Daniels about a property only to be pushed to his son. After scheduling an appointment I had to reach out again to get confirmation. I was then sent to the 2nd son Brett. After viewing the property the communication was extremely difficult always telling me well I have to talk to my dad (Trey) first and that he would have to talk to owners of building. After days of no communication and multiple phone calls just to be told they are busy or out of office sense they dont come in till 10am. I was told that the owner dosent want to take liability which is odd sense the renter is the one liable. Also now only wants to sell after months being lease option only. After weeks they show us the next property only to be turned down again. Mind you this is just a axe throwing business. Then we decided sure we will take this building. Again NO communication always same excuse he cant do anything till he talks to his father a waste of time might I add. If I had to go thru him for everything then why cant he deal with us himself. Now after weeks of waiting for a response and multiple tries to reach only to be given vm time and time again just be denied again. Now for the good part. Real Reason for denial! Told to me buy people that truly know them that they dont want small businesses they are waiting for multi-million dollar corporations to come in and buy or lease them. Example Duracell Walmart or others of this nature. All of lagranges reality are this way. They are smothering lagrange and providing a disservice to the community there is literally 0 amusement in Lagrange. Their will be no growth here until the city steps in and stops these type of people from killing the community!
