Robert Lewis Your employee, Felicia Cox, was a 10 star at five Star credit Union. She deserves a promotion. She deserves a raise. She went out of her way when she didnt really have to. She went above and beyond the calling what customer service and account management. My mom is 92 years old and she had to come down to handle some business and she treated her as if she was her own mom.
