Angel Stephenson If you plan on going to get insurance I highly do not recommend this office. I have only been a poly holder through them for a short amount of time however everything started out great. Then when I had to add another person, they lied to me and said I could not add them. Not only that but for WEEKS now I have been calling their office and no one has answered the phone. I even called at different times of the day and on different days of the work week. Not one phone call back. After messages and phone calls, I even emailed multiple times and did not get a response back. I have since changed offices. If you want good insurance, try another office.

Awaits Adventure We have been an insurance client of Mr. Michael Collingsworth for many years at Carswell & Company. He continues to take great care of our insurance needs. Price is a factor but not our primary concern, we want to make sure our assets are appropriately covered, and Michael makes that happen. Michael is friendly, deeply knowledgeable and has great client care. When I (rarely) need to speak him, I usually can or a message will be taken and I will get a call back. The staff at Carswell and company are friendly, kind and helpful every time I call. Douglas Monk We were all hungry and it was getting late so my daughter suggested we pull in, take a break and get some snacks and drinks. The buildings are well kept and the landscape is beautiful. It was very relaxing to just walk around and see things Ive never seen before. There were plenty of snacks and drinks and oh yeah, the restroom areas were very clean and aptly supplied. Stop by sometime and youll see what I mean.
