3 /5 Lamar Stuart: This is the first time I have ever had dealings with your agency. In the beginning, when I first signed up, it was a hard go. I almost canceled just as soon as I signed up because of the issues I was having to deal with. I had no insurance coverage for over a week because of the messed up paperwork due to an employee leaving the company and not doing her job. I had to call in multiple times to get that resolved. Then on top of that I was charged a good deal more than what I was quoted for what my prices was going to be. Now that all the kinks seem to be worked out, I will give the rating a 7 out of 10. There is still some room for improvement.
