1 /5 Amanda Goodwin: Member for years…..horrible experience. They canceled a home owner policy without notifying me or mortgage company. I found out because they mailed me my membership fee back in June. Policy canceled in August 2021 for non payment of membership fees. Long story short- they stopped writing that “type” of policy. New policy was 4x more. They used to have all of my insurance for homes and automobiles. They called me today to ask if I wanted to pay my membership fee…..to help with their cause.

1 /5 Charles Pannal: Worst experience i have ever had with an insurance company. Refused to replace shingles on half the house after a hurricane, that side not replaced is now leaking all the way down. Called on a Monday and have not heard a word in 5 days. Could not even get the adjuster to come out, now paying at my expense, so sad .
