Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.

Chosen One Had a great experience! I went in to their Location on Houston Rd in Macon for a quote and received the most amazing service from Tom and great rate for my insurance! He even offered me coffee! How nice!

Stacey Dye Jamil is wonderful. He makes everything so easy and seamless. I got top rated insurance with Travelers and paid less. That of course also made my house payment go down! Just good all around. He is so responsive to my every need. So glad I found him.

When he had to replace our roof from storm damage and when our car was hit by deer, the process was seamless and easy to get repairs completed. Ive been with multiple insurance companies over the years, and Farmers has been by far the best!

Our friendly State Farm team jumped into action immediately! Sharon, Logan, Kelly and entire team are always eager to help in any way and very much appreciated.

Nayasha Clarke Micah Hooper is great ! I had a different rep gave me insurance but for the wrong state when I needed Georgia coverage and I was super upset then Micah came to the rescue and not only he fixed everything my insurance quote was even a better rate. Please give that man raise !!!!
