The ones at Tucker really tried to make it seem like it was my fault when THEY messed up the tags. Meanwhile, Roberto pure professionalism. Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Edna Patrick I called Acceptance to simply pay my auto insurance. Heather took my call. Heather offered to assist me in finding a better rate, reluctantly I let her assist me , and she did find a better rate for me. Heather was very pleasant to talk to. She as knowledgeable and she rally gave me the time that I needed to ask questions. I want to thank acceptance for employing individuals that care about their clients.

Cole Williams I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!

They have always made sure I had the highest coverage for the best price and would switch the insurance company to ensure that if the rates changed too drastically. Any time I have any questions or concerns, I always hear within a few hours (if not answered immediately). Being able to talk to an agent who remembers you, your policy, and your insured possessions is not something you can have with many insurance companies.
