1 /5 rodney gordon: People in this office are not concerned with informing their clients of lapses in coverage until its too late. I have been with StateFarm for more than 10 years. This has to be the worst office I have ever been with. My insurance was lapse for 10 days, and no one called, sent a letter, nor text me to let me know until 10 days after. I received an email stating “if you would like to reinstate your insurance please call and make a payment “. No biggie, I called headquarters and made my payment. Then I called and requested another agent that would at least let me know that I am expired the next day. This is the least they could have done. You may want to rethink agents, if you were considering this guy that sits in the office and collects a check for nothing
