I would highly recommend Car Financials Lawrenceville Ga off and i i would HIGHLY recommend working with any staff member but especially Danielle! 1 /5 fundricka bryant: I have had my car over 2 years and never! Not made my payments as I requested upon any arrangement. My car dealership shut down so they transferred all my information to this company... I have been harassed for the past 3 months when I have never missed my personal arrangement. They refused to refinance due to me nolonger in contact with my cosigner yet.. its been 2 years since I have even heard from or seen my cosigner.... Hello I still have the car so why cant my payments be refinanced?? I was threatening by a caller and said my personal life didnt matter to why I made an arrangement to began with.... I am a Cancer Survivor!!!!! This company is not Good !!! They even couldnt calculate what I was paying before my file got to them so they added over $1,000!!! Not cool

1 /5 Marlene Damron: I was with another car loan company that evidently sold my loan to this place without my knowledge. I called everywhere trying to find out where to pay my loan with no answers. My former finance company told me my account was deleted and they couldnt see anything that I would receive a letter, this was the end of October. I waited and waited and finally received one at the end of November saying I was 2 months behind which was untrue because I was totally up-to-date with my former finance company. I made a payment with the late fee so it didnt reflect my credit and this place not only hit my credit stating I am two months behind but that I never made a payment when I can prove it with my bank. Now they have locked up the ignition to my vehicle so my fiance is stuck at work. I had called and spoke with someone today that stated this company took over my account on October 31st. My payment is due the 25th of the month so I should not have had a payment due until November 25th which was paid when I finally found out where to send it. Well obviously this business does bad business practices and falsely reports negative stuff to the credit reports. I will be calling an attorney tomorrow because their false business practices have now affected mine and my fiances job. Do not do business with these people. They are obviously crooks. I had no choice in the matter and now I have to consult an attorney before they damage my credit anymore. Disgraceful business practices!!!

1 /5 João da Fonseca: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My car payments are Bi-weekly and they never match the day i get paid. So by the time i get paid, the payment is already 8 days late. I got a call from them today, the lady was completely rude and telling me over the phone that I cannot do that. That i have to pay on time. And I understand that. But MY PAY DATE DOESN’T MATCH THE DUE DATE FOR THE CAR PAYMENT. So its not like im choosing not to pay, I literally have to wait for my paycheck to pay it. And she was like: well, if you know its gonna be late, you gotta pay twice so you’re always ahead. Listen, some people(like me) don’t make enough to afford paying $450 at once every two weeks. I called them in different situations and explained to them about this issue, and they told me i could make my payments 8 days later. Because they have a 10 day grace period. But this lady told me i can’t use the 10 day grace period. Which is confusing?. Each person tells me something different. Its like they don’t even know what they are doing. Completely rude and unprofessional people over the phone. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
