We had a different Allstate agent who never contacted us, never met with us, and didnt take the time to know our needs. Greg was available each day that we called. Weve had Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella and Flood through Rob for 4 years and rates have been overall slightly higher yet very competitive with other carriers, but with the exceptional customer service we receive here were very happy here!
