1 /5 Michelle Dent: The absolute worst office to deal with when having a real issue. My bill has went up over $180 since March 1st and no one in the office can explain why?!?!?!? When I called I was basically told, well let you know tomorrow or call back and speak to the after hours team. Why have them deal with an issue i presented during business hours?? My $ was withdrawn today! I auto pay every month just for you to take whatever you deem is fit?
