Lisa and her team had always went above and beyond with customer service and again they didnt disappoint. She walked me through the process and set me up without a hitch, Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they deliver results !!!

5 /5 C Stoker: Yes I just want to say I have been a customer here at built well for a while now and Jessica Mitchell help me today she was so pleasant made me want to come back to the bank again because I did not want to come back anymore do to the management Miss Romero so therefore Id really stayed away but I needed a debit card due to some fraudulent activity and so Miss Jessica looked at reviewed the account and had no issue giving me one because it was not my fault and I had not had but six cards and 8 years so I just want to say that Jessica Mitchell is a very very good at her job and had wonderful customer service I did not want to come back and I wanted to change my bank due to this incident with Miss Romero but now hey I think I may stay so I think Jessica may she needs a raise or she needs to bump on up in the company

She really helped make the transition super smooth, with fast replies and service! She took care of our loan needs super quickly! They are also super personable and friendly! No absurd fees like most banks, their app service is also excellent. I looked at several banking options in the area, and Im thrilled to say my family went with Builtwell!
