Georgia SoulMan WOW! these comments on here are BRUTAL! but I have been with Robins for years,the very first time the doors was opened in Swainsboro Ga I became a member. Please read what is being typed and coming from my keyboard..I have NEVER! had a PROBLEM! with any of my accounts (to God be the glory) and all my interactions Ive had with the staff has ALWAYS been stellar and on point..Team Robins.

Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.

Richard Francis I have been using 1st Franklin for years now and have always been pleased with them. But ever since Cayla Surrett became manager it has really increased in hospitality and taking the extra steps to make sure they can help you best.
