He went to great lengths to make sure I was as comfortable as possible buying the watch from him. He even went as far as taking photos with a loupe to make sure he accurately presented the watch to me. Never bought anything this expensive on eBay but this he made sure this was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again from him. He also replies quick and promptly.

After bit, the manager came over and inquired if there was anything she could do to help. Shes was very helpful and between her and Dom, we found the perfect set of ear rings for my mother-in-law. She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough!
