I had several questions and even had issues setting up the policy myself and he helped me after hours to set up everything correctly. Thank you so much Mr. Freeman— I definitely know who to go to when I need help regarding anything insurance wise. This was my first time dealing with big girl tasks and I was overwhelmed at first, but he made it an easy process.

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
