1 /5 Veronica S: I give it this score because at first they was understanding my financial situation. Bout me being out work. Im not going into details but I explained my situation from the get go to them. I was hoping find another job. Which it took some over a month but I wasnt getting enough hours. Like I explained to them I behind in bills. My cousin suggested I try this other job. Which that was little but still not enough but help little. Doing this time I hoping that insurance kick in to help pay bill I got with them. Once I finally got back paperwork from my doctor I gave it to them. I ask them could they call before hand I tried calling and wasnt getting nowhere with insurance paperwork. When I had another doctor appointment I ask them at doctor they like oh we do paperwork like this all time let me check what happened. I explained I fax paperwork and I call couple times cause it wasnt fax back to me at location I specified. mind you I was told I fill out and doctor dont worry bout old job. Later what I was told by them some distressbuties. I would go into details but be lot typing. But I finally got up ok amount not minimum payment. I got up a $100 they refused accept it 2 weeks ago. I was going to work on getting rest. She like you owe $500 something something. But what I can accept is minimum of what you been paying. I like I dont have that. Well by end of May we have to take it collections she said. Etc etc. I like can you take $100 and I work on getting minimum meaning the rest. She like no. So I left with my money. Now you know you can hold on to money for short time. Especially you financially struggling. My thing I just wish they work with me like others are and accept what I can give. I explained our water got cut off and lights behind and other bills. Im doing my best its something being without work. Then find job and still not making enough. But you trying give something on the bills you owe. I finally trying start giving them something like 2 weeks ago. I dont see whats problem with working with someone until they get back situated. I dont see problem with accepting what they can give. I like to pay my bills and if Im short and dont have it I let you know hey it be next payday . Im always upfront with who I owe. My thing is old saying what if the shoe was on other foot. Always good show some caring understanding and no harm with working with someone. Good to have a ❤️.I wish they work with me
