I was informed that because I didnt have an account here, it would cost me $ 5.00 to cash a personal check written on your bank. I told my mother in law about it and she agreed that it was stupid. I should have never had to pay a fee that she wrote to cash a personal check. Learn customer service skills and by God learn to do a cashiers check. My mother in law waited almost 35 minutes because the teller didnt know how to do a cashiers check. Type in the information on the computer, print it out and sign it. I dont know banking but damn I knew that. Its embarrassing that my own race was being lazy. Theres always things to do. The lobby was looking pretty dusty and could use a good dusting.
