Gina Hamby Phyllis not only remembered me and details of my life, but she was very diligent in her dealings with me. The first time she called, the policy would not work for me. She checked back in at the time of my renewal- and I saved close to $40 through her! Customer service (People Skills) are of high level. State Farm is blessed to have her.
