After our previous insurance provider’s prices skyrocketed, we began looking for a new auto insurance company. Not only did they offer us a much better rate, but they have also exceeded our expectations in every way. The customer service here is outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Every staff member we’ve worked with has been kind and knowledgeable, and Alexis in particular has gone above and beyond for us. She’s always on top of everything and makes the whole process so easy. There’s never any hassle when making changes to our policy or getting answers to our questions. Truly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced from an insurance agency. Highly recommend!

C Shuptrine Look at all of the reviews that talk about long-term relationships with Browning Holland. I spent close to 20 years with them before moving out of state. They have always given me good advice, and I can tell that they genuinely care about taking great care of my needs. Doesnt matter if Im talking to Browning or Vicki, I never feel like Im just a number. Cant say that about my current State Farm agent (after I moved). After being gone for about 5 years, I recently found myself needing temporary rental coverage in GA. Of course I called Browning Holland. It did not matter that I wasnt requesting coverage for a home or multiple vehicles. They gave me the same great service and caring attitude they always have. Ill be back in GA sooner or later, and I will be reaching out to them for sure. I highly recommend them!
