Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Newnan (GA)

1 /5 Krupal Patel: Never use this ATM. I deposited $520.00. machine took the money and gave me a receipt that “we cannot process your transaction and cannot give your items back”. I am still waiting. I have filed the complaint at the customer care. I have file the compliant at consumer financial protection, Bureau. It’s been three months. I didn’t get my money back and not any positive response from the bank.

Ledany Contreras Valles assisted me with outstanding professionalism, kindness and patience. She clearly explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. Her friendly and respectful attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. 5 /5 N S Prasad: Bank of America with drive through ATMs. Located on Bullsboro across from Kroger and McDonalds close to downtown Newnan. Limited service due to COVID. Open Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The drive through service was replaced with drive through ATMs around COVID. Can get busy and expect long lines as this is the only Bank of America location in Newnan. Bank of America has two other ATMs in Newnan.

1 /5 J: Don’t expect to just “run to the bank” with this one. I’ve visited three times, and the first two times I was standing in line for almost 30 minutes. Doesn’t seem like a long time? It is when you’re on your lunch break and just needing to “run to the bank!” The third time I left after standing in line 10 minutes or so. I don’t understand why their tellers are so slow. Can’t say I don’t understand their work, I ran a bank for years. My tellers would have people in and out in a jiffy. No clue what is going on here.

1 /5 Dix Tomika (Brownqueen): Went in on a early 11am Saturday morning and they had only two tellers to service the branch. Also and extreme long line wrap around outside with senior citizens standing up for long period of time. It took me 1 hour to get in front of a teller. They telling the people in the long line please be patient with us which is wrong. Whomever manages this bank branch and their manager should be ashamed of themselves. Always on Saturdays their should be 4 to 5 tellers. Because a lot of people cant make it to the bank during the week and it was mostly everyone payday week. I will also make a complaint to management about this location.
