Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Cartersville (GA)

5 /5 Heather Keeton: After my mother moved in with me, I had to change some things, including her bank account. We met with Monica at the branch on Joe Frank Harris Pkwy, and she is the best!!! Monica took her time getting everything we needed to take care of completed. She was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understanding, and truly amazing. The branch manager and other staff members are also amazing. The people we spoke to before our appointment with Monica were as friendly, and knowledgeable as she is. My overall experience at this bank has been amazing and I highly recommend this branch.

1 /5 Mike Junkins: My previous review disappeared. I tried many multiple calls for 3 days to call my branch bank to find out if we had a notary. Caring because there is typically a long wait for anything at this branch. So I hopped into the car and made my journey of 14 minutes to the bank. Exactly as expected the receptionist was sitting there doing nothing. I told here I had tried to call for days and there was no answer, she said the ladies behind the curtains have phones and usually do not answer when they are busy. I could have signed up for an hour wait but was not in the mood. I went to the courthouse where there is no wait. Several questions come to mind and they are: 1. Why have a phone you do not answer? 2. If the bank is always why not open more windows and fill some of the empty offices? 3. If staff is busy with customers, why has the receptionist without a phone to handle phone traffic? 4. Why have a receptionist? At the DMV you take a number, I did not see the receptionist do anything else. I am moving 2 of my four accounts immediately, the others will follow. I am tired of not having a bank. You might wonder why I signed up with B of A. The bank I signed on with did not have these problems, and B of A in two other cities did not have these problems, that is how I got here.

5 /5 SpongeB: We had the pleasure of opening our first U.S. bank account with the help of Monica, who was absolutely sweet and lovely. From start to finish, she welcomed us with a bright smile and warm energy that made the entire process so comfortable. We had previously experienced disrespectful treatment at another bank, but Monica’s kindness truly erased all of that. My colleague and I were genuinely happy to have opened our first account in the U.S., and we feel incredibly lucky that Monica was the one to guide us through it. 1 /5 Gladys Johnston: Had the worst experience at this bank with the customer service associate. Was there on 8/19 to open a trust account & was told that trust documents had to be faxed and could take anywhere from an hour to 24 hours! She said she would call back but haven’t received any response from her. She never had anyone even look at my account to see that I had a previous closed trust account. Went to the Acworth branch & was given excellent customer service by Bonne and the account was reopened with no problems.
