I had an accident in October and tried to contact my agent, only to find out that this particular agency no longer wrote policies for the state in which I live in. At that point I was ready to cancel my policy with Nationwide. Thank goodness for Tara, who took the time to provide with an agency for my state. She also did a few follow -up/ call backs to ensure that I was provide with excellent service. This onlyonly goes to show, that yes, Nationwide was on my Side. I would definitely refer Tara to others.

Tara has always taken the time to explain what the coverages meant and helped our family decide what limits that make sense for us. She is very responsive, professional and jovial- a significant improvement over most companies I talk to. I highly recommend Tara and have personally referred friends and family to her because I know theyll get the best service and value.

She also worked hard to find the policy that fit us best, which will save us a good bit of money. Lastly she not only followed up but followed through on any requested changes we asked of her.
